Banana chocolate milkshake

Chocolate and banana share a great affinity the two flavors blending together perfectly to create a rich and satisying taste, when a banana is added to a chocolate milkshake, the drink suddenly takes on a richer, creamier and fruitier flavor then the usual chocolate milkshake . for many people, its all that’s needed for a healthy, hearty, snack to get them through to the next meal. Here’s how to whip up a chocolate banana milkshake using real chocolate.


      Ingredient to make :
ü  Ambon’s banana
ü  liquid milk
ü  Sweetened condensed milk
ü  sugar
ü  Ice cube
ü  Cheese

Step by step:

Ø  First, prepare all materials in table



Ø  After that Cut in bananas into small pieces


Ø And then, input a small ambon bananas, liquid milk, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and ice cube to the blender, so mixture until the batter is smooth.

Cooking tools :
Ø  Glasss
Ø  Spoon
Ø  knife
Ø  Blender







ØFinally if already all, 
   pour to the glass and serve at the table,

Fried Banana

Fried Banana is a snack food made of banana or plantae, covered in batter or not, being deep fried in hot cooking oil, mostly found throughout Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura, Brunei and The Philippines.
It is consumed as a snack in The morning and afternoon. In Indonesia and Malaysia fried banana is often sold by street vendors, although some sellers have a storefront from which to sell their wares. In the philippines, it is called by different names as it has different variations. It is called “Maruya” if coated in batter prior to frying, pritong saging for those that are simple fried in oil, or “Banana Cue” for those that are fried in oil and sugar before sticking into wooden skewars. These are often served as mid afternoon snacks.

Ingredient of simple fried banana :
v  Kepok bananas
v  150 gram of wheat flour sasa sajiku
v  150 ml of water
v  vegetable oil




 Step by step :
  1.  First, Take the deep mixing bowl
  2.  Second Mix the wheat flour sasa sajiku well in a mixing bowl
  3. Then beat water into the flour sasa sajiku mixture until the batter is smooth
  4. Then Put the pan on the stove
  5. Next Place the vegetable oil in the pan and heat the oil until moderately hot
  6. Not for long Dip the bananas into the batter to coat generously

7.for approximately 5-10 minutes until bananas is crispy and golden brown

 8.Remove the bananas from the pan and dry well or drain it on paper napkins
9. Finally Repeat this procedure for the rest of bananas and Serve the banana while still warm
